Im so happy so many of you saw my Snapchat from the other night and requested this recipe! Its honestly one of my favorites, and we haven’t even been making it for that long! There’s also a story behind it!
So a few years back, when we were preparing for IVF, we decided that we needed to be doing everything in our power to give our bodies the best chance to make the cycle work; this included clean and healthy eating! This recipe is one that we came up with based on all of the ingredients and foods we were using at the time! When I first thought of what was going into it, I thought, “there’s no way this is going to taste good, its too healthy!”. I was dead wrong!
Here’s the simple recipe:
2 chicken breasts (you can grill, bake, boil, but I recommend pressure cooking if you have the option)
Red Grapes (the more the merrier I say; add at your own pleasure)
1tsp onion powder (sometimes I add just a touch more, great flavor)
1tsp Season Salt
1 cup Greek yogurt (I’ve tried both plain and vanilla, and not really noticed a huge change in taste)
Salt and Pepper to liking
Bread or Lettuce Wrap option- While eating healthy, we did lettuce, but it is so delicious on a fresh croissant or home baked bread!
This recipe is so simple and easy! I love it so much, and to my surprise, all the girls actually ate it too the other night! Try it with your family and let me know if its a hit or not!
Favorite side dished to have with this meal:
Fresh Corn on the cob (try it cooked in the pressure cooker, you wont regret it!)
