This week has been so good for me being able to write these blogs about the girls. I hope you have all enjoyed them so much. If you missed any, here are the other 3 posts!
We’re on our last blog for this week! Here we go with our Evie Bear!
Nicknames: Hebber, Evie Bear, Liscious
Favorite Food: Homemade Macaroni and Cheese
Favorite Show: Peppa Pig
Favorite Activity: Helping out Daddy, Her Tricycle, Play-Doh or Sand
Evie has continued to grow as a toddler who knows what she wants. Evie has always been more on the dominant side of things, something that comes naturally from her mother and father. Evie is also very emotional and sweet. She knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to go after it, but she also isn’t shy about showing her feelings, happy and sad.
Evie loves loves loves Peppa Pig! She has even begun speaking in an English Accent just like Peppa. It has been hilarious to listen to her the past couple of weeks as she talks in her accent asking us all sorts of questions, just like Peppa. As much as all of her sisters love Peppa right now, Evie is the only one who’s been talking in an English accent!
Evie and Scarlett have a very special bond. I spoke of it briefly in Scarlett’s blog. The thing I love the most is when they sit up late at night just telling each other stories from the day, laughing and enjoying their time together. I hope this never changes!
Evie has one of the most contagious smiles. She is just naturally a happy little girl. She gets very excited about things, and loves to share that enthusiasm and excitement with us. We always love when she’s telling us all about some big adventure that just happened. Her love for life is priceless!
Evie, like her sisters loves to be outside. When I go out to water in the morning, she is usually right there with me helping out, then heading into the garage to explore. She’ll ride down the sidewalk stopping every so often yelling my name and smiling at me, then returning to her ride. Its probably one of my favorite times of the day.
Evie loves fruit more than anybody I know. I don’t think there’s a fruit she doesn’t like!
Evie loves Bentley more than he knows, or more than he probably wants to know. She’s always kind of had her eye on him. She loves to play catch with him, keep away, and chase him around the house. She also is the first Quad we’ve caught feeding him from the dinner table. I wondered why he was always camping by her chair!
Evie doesn’t really play favorites. She loves Mom, Dad, Grandma, Mimi, Papa, and all the aunts and uncles. She’s keep the playing field even, and I think she gets a lot of love from this decision. She’s a very smart girl!
In my opinion, she’s going to be a lawyer when she grows up because she can argue with the best of them. She’s at this very cute and adorable age, but at the same time, trying to expand on her freedoms and independence. She will try and get you change bedtimes, whats for dinner, where she sits in the car, what show we’re watching, and whos coming over to the house. I’ve never met a child with more opinions on everything that’s going on! Im slightly worried for the teenage years. LOL.
Evie is so very sweet. She rarely has run-ins with her sisters, and enjoys playing with all of them. She’s pretty even-tempered unless provoked by her sisters (I wont name which ones).
Evie can be very determined and straightforward. She usually knows what she wants and doesn’t settle until she gets it. Back to the lawyer thing, right. She’s a hard worker already, and loves to spend time on what she’s interested in. I think this pay dividends for her in the future as she focuses on her goals and dreams.
Evie I feel has always been our brave and stoic child. She has that smile that melts you, but she also has that serious side that keeps you guessing! It will be interesting as the years go by to see what side we see more of!
Evie loves School, Primary, Dance, pretty much any social setting! She a social butterfly!
Evie has been an absolute dream to have for a daughter. Her smile and spirit always bring warmth into our home. Her creative personality and diligent character teach us as parents things we have forgotten. The love she has for her sisters and parents are great examples to us of unconditional love. Evangeline Faith has certainly been a blessing to our family from our Father in Heaven, and we are eternally grateful!
I hope you have enjoyed all of these blogs as much as I’ve enjoyed writing them! Many more to come!
Here are a few more blogs just about Evie!
