Poppy Seed Chicken Recipe

Ok you guys, this is our favorite chicken recipe so far! There is never a time when this sounds like a bad idea! Ashley loves it, the girls love it, and its probably my favorite chicken dish I’ve ever had! I promise if you make this for the family, it will become a staple!

Here’s the recipe:

Cook and shred 2-3 Chicken Breasts. Season with Season Salt to your liking. Add two cans of Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup. Add 16 oz. of Sour Cream. Mix all of this together well. Set aside.

In a Ziplock bag, crunch 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers, 1 and 1/2 cubes of melted butter, and 2 Tablespoons of Poppy Seed. Shake well.

1/4 of crumbs in the bottom of a greased pan. 1/2 of the crumbs in the chicken mix. Last of the crumbs you can put on top of the mix.

Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 30 minutes.

Side Note: I always add more Ritz to the mix, and we usually put it over rice. White or Brown is delicious!
