Updated New House Tour Pictures

I know many of you don’t have time to watch our entire vlogs and don’t have access to all our of social sites, so I wanted to write a quick blog and give all of you house updates with pictures so you can enjoy this journey with us!

The house has been coming along amazingly! The builder has been incredible and they are moving at a very quick pace which we love! We should be into our new home at the end of November! We couldn’t be more excited!

Every step of the way the details of the home have been unraveling and blowing our minds! We have absolutely loved watching our dreams and visions become a reality! We can’t wait for the day we get to move our beautiful family into our very first beautiful home!

Enough with the chat, lets get to some of the pictures!!

Here’s a quick view of the front of the house. We went with really light colors of white and grey. The brick was just put up on two areas, and you can see its darker, but it will be painted white to keep with our flow.

Here’s a look at the back of the house and our deck that I am absolutely in love with! Cant wait to get the landscaping done to make it even more beautiful! As you can see, we extended the stairs to go the length of the deck, I thought this was a good idea with four toddlers trying to rush outside, and also think it makes it look so much more elegant. Thoughts?

The girls have already found a secret hiding space under the deck! I love it!

This is view from inside the house of our front door. We went outside of the box here and did the double French doors, and haven’t regretted if for a second. They will let in plenty of natural light, and add the perfect statement piece to the front of the house! You can also see a lot of our color choices here in this picture. Very white and clean, with pops of color in the stain of the stairway.

The chandelier was one of our favorite items to discuss and decide on! What do you think?

Here’s a view from the formal living room of our staircase. We went white throughout most of the house, but added the darker stain to the banisters to give enough pop of color to make it interesting. We also did the B&B on the walls to add character to the home.  I also love the openness of the front hallway as you walk into the home. The carpet should be going in next week, and will run up the stairs.

One of our most favorite rooms in the house to design was the kitchen! Here are a couple views that show the cabinets, backsplash, floor, and countertops!

Here is the fireplace and mantle. Beautiful tile that Ash picked out encasing the fireplace, and the mantle in white to match the house layout. So excited to get our Christmas decorations up on this!

Here’s a better look at the hardwood floors. We did these throughout the main level. The only room with carpet downstairs is Ashley’s office. I love hardwood floors!

Quick look at the garage design. This is not finished yet. It will be painted a dark grey with the crossing patterns remaining white. I’ve attached a picture of our inspiration.
